At Perfect India Tour, we ensure the highest level of security and privacy for our customers. Our employees or agents will never ask for sensitive information like credit card numbers, CVV, net banking login details, passwords, OTPs, or request transfers to personal accounts. Additionally, we do not require the installation of third-party apps like AnyDesk or TeamViewer. If you encounter such requests or experience any loss of funds, Perfect India Tour will not be responsible for any financial losses.
In case of tour or travel service cancellation due to unforeseen reasons, we must be notified in writing. The cancellation will be effective from the date of receipt of your written request.
60+ days before arrival – 15% of the tour/service cost.
59 to 30 days before arrival – 30% of the tour/service cost.
29 to 15 days before arrival – 50% of the tour/service cost.
14 to 0 days before arrival or no show – No refund.
Note: No refund will be made for cancellations during the High Peak Season (20th December to
15th January) or Festival Period (Diwali, Dussehra, Holi, Pushkar Fair, etc.).
For group tours/packages, the same cancellation procedure applies. We must receive written notice for the cancellation, and it will be effective from the date of receipt.
60+ days before arrival – 25% of the tour/service cost.
59 to 30 days before arrival – 50% of the tour/service cost.
29 to 0 days before arrival or no show – No refund.
Note: No refund will be made for cancellations during the High Peak Season or Festival Period.
Regardless of the cancellation terms above, a minimum 10% service charge will be levied on the total cost of the tour package if cancelled after booking confirmation.
In case of natural calamities or unavoidable circumstances, the following options are available:
For cancellations after the tour begins or in the middle of the tour, refunds will depend on the amounts levied by hotels, transport, or other services. No refund will be made for unused services such as hotels, meals, guides, etc.
Cancellation amount will be calculated based on the total tour cost, not just the advance paid.
Flight tickets are non-refundable. Name and date changes are subject to the airline’s rules and regulations.
Bookings for wildlife national parks and sanctuaries are non-refundable. Date change requests are considered cancellations, and no payment can be refunded or adjusted against it, as per government regulations.
All guests, whether foreign nationals, NRIs, or domestic clients, must provide valid identification at the time of booking confirmation:
• For Foreign Nationals – Copy of passport + visa is mandatory.
• For Non-Resident Indians Clients (NRI Client) – Copy of passport.
• For Overseas Indian Clients Holding OCI / PIO Card – Copy of passport and copy of OCI/PIO
card is mandatory.
• For Domestic Clients – Copy of driver’s license, voter ID card, or passport is mandatory.

Refunds for unused or unutilized services (paid for and canceled in advance) will be calculated based on the cancellation policy mentioned above. Refunds will be processed to the person who made the payment.
Please note, refund processing may take 5-6 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is issued to a credit card or bank account, bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount. Only written communication regarding refunds will be entertained.
